Open MOs total 24,720 pcs planned. Yield on done MOs mirrors the 94.9% site figure; cycle time = working days between MO created and last task done.

Project Gaia — static mockup in Filament v3 idiom. No backend. Yield (65,163 / 68,640 = 94.9%), utilisation per machine and the 4 open MOs (24,720 pcs, YGMSB-260401/1 overdue, MWO-26-034 blocking 2) are the real snapshot figures; weekly output split is illustrative.

Engine notes

  • Insights is a nightly materialized star-schema snapshot, not the live DB: fact tables are rebuilt from so_lines / retail_sale_lines / stock_movements / machine_usage_logs / maintenance_logs; dimensions are customer, item, category, site and week. "Refresh now" re-runs the materializer on demand.
  • Filament: these are custom Livewire pages with chart components (Blade + inline SVG), NOT Resources — read-only, no table actions, no forms.
  • No new operational tables: the snapshot lives in insights_* tables that can be dropped and rebuilt at any time; nothing operational writes to them.
  • Machine status is never color-alone — every chip pairs an icon and a label with the bar hue.
