Project Gaia — static mockup in Filament v3 idiom. No backend. Spend (3,600,780.63 across 521 done POs), PO-459 / PO-552 / PO-556 / PO-558 and ITS Nutriscience as top supplier are the real snapshot figures; monthly split, on-time % and lead times are illustrative but reconcile to those totals.

WidgetSource query (in words)
Spend / POs / avg tilesSUM and COUNT over fact_purchases (done POs incl tax) — 3,600,780.63 MYR across 521 POs; average is the simple quotient.
Overdue supply tile + stripOpen POs whose confirmed ETA is before the snapshot date (PO-552); in-transit list reads open PO lines with their last confirmed ETA (PO-556, PO-558).
Spend by month chartfact_purchases grouped by month of done date, Jan–Jul 2026; the July bar is month-to-date and drawn in the de-emphasis gray.
Spend by supplier donutfact_purchases grouped by supplier dimension, top 5 by spend + "All others" fold (donut stays ≤ 6 segments by design).
Supplier scorecard tablePer supplier: SUM spend, COUNT POs, on-time % (goods received on/before confirmed ETA) and average lead time (PO sent → GRN) — all from PO + GRN dates copied into the snapshot.

Engine notes

  • Insights is a nightly materialized star-schema snapshot, not the live DB: fact tables are rebuilt from so_lines / retail_sale_lines / stock_movements / machine_usage_logs / maintenance_logs; dimensions are customer, item, category, site and week. "Refresh now" re-runs the materializer on demand.
  • Filament: these are custom Livewire pages with chart components (Blade + inline SVG), NOT Resources — read-only, no table actions, no forms.
  • No new operational tables: the snapshot lives in insights_* tables that can be dropped and rebuilt at any time; nothing operational writes to them.
  • The donut is capped at six segments (top 5 + Other); the scorecard table is the full-detail twin so no value is gated behind the chart.
