Release happens on PAPER — QA signs the printed BMR in wet ink; Gaia stores the scan and only then flips the batch to Released. The button prints; it never releases. BMR-26-031 and BMR-26-030 are still in execution — they join this queue when their last step closes.

Why this role sees this (policy)

  • Farah owns batch disposition, quarantine and compliance for CYTOWELL-54 (PIC/S site, pinned tenant). QA sees batches, quality and compliance across the factory — plus a read-only company-wide GMP register, because audit findings anywhere are her problem.
  • Wet-ink release stays on PAPER: the software computes readiness and prints the pack, then records the signed scan. There is deliberately no "Release" button in Gaia.
  • QA must NOT edit production records — BMR entries are read-only to this role; corrections go through the deviation flow with the supervisor re-recording.
  • No prices or sales values on this dashboard; commercial fields are outside the QA policy scope.
  • Disposition modal = Filament Action with form: writes one stock_movement (type quarantine_release or destruction) with qa_user_id stamped; destroy additionally requires reason + witness_user_id; lot is mandatory — RET-26-005 demonstrates the lock until the lot is confirmed.
